(Kingston, Washington) Kitsap county

This is my second dui the last one was in 2003. I took my wife out for dinner and drinks, which we never do because we have children. I should not of drove, I made a mistake. I just need to know what I can do to make this situation easier if possible.

(Brush Prairie, Washington) Clark county

Was drinking at a house, decided to sleep in my car for a couple hours, became cold so I decided to drive home. Failed to yield a left turn in an intersection and was struck by the oncoming vehicle. No injuries, I was the only one in the car, same for the other driver. Police arrived on scene and had me perform multiple sobriety tests, I was then placed under arrest and taken to the police station where I blew a .144 BAC.

i drove with my 7y/o in the car to the hospital, cps was called the cops came, no charges were filed as to the dui because I have no priors, i only drove 10 blocks, and I know that it was wrong, can cps take my child away?

I went to pick up a friend who had been involved in an accident. two state troopers showed up 5 minutes after I did. I was asked if I had anything to drink and I responded, earlier. I did field sobriety and was told I blew .082 so I was under arrest. at the station I blew .065 and .064. my liscense was not punched or suspended.but yet I have a dui cause they said I could've been drunk while driving to the scene

I went to pick up a friend who had been involved in an accident. two state troopers showed up 5 minutes after I did. I was asked if I had anything to drink and I responded, earlier. I did field sobriety and was told I blew .082 so I was under arrest. at the station I blew .065 and .064. my liscense was not punched or suspended.but yet I have a dui cause they said I could've been drunk while driving to the scene

I got pulled over for speeding in 2009 and was over the legal limit but my first crime ever then while me case was still open I got a dwls in the 3rd degree in january of this year and panicked and didnt go to either court date I got the dwls taken care of but found out I have a mandatory 30 days for going against court orders I was wondering if since I have a cast on my foot is it possible for me to request house arrest? If so how do I go about asking the judge for it?

I pulled over because the officer had an anonymous call that I was weaving. When asked to take a field sobriety I refused and I refused the breathanalyer as well. I was brought down to the precint and remain quiet...The officer dropped me off at my friends house after he cited me.

I got a dui in Tacoma and bailed out that night. I had a court date that friday but didnt make it i just moved to Oregon and I was scared and didnt know what to do. I really want to take care of this but living in Oregon I dont know what to do.I really need help I didnt mean for it to get to this

I got into a car wreck om 10-02-2011. Was never cited with a ticket and never spoke to any officer. I received a letter from the DOL saying my license will be revoked for 1 year. I received a letter from Pierce County District Court stating that I have an arraignment hearing on 10-25-2011. I have a clean driving record and the last ticket I got was over 9 years ago. I am a single father of 3 young children. My job requires that I have a valid drivers license and I am worried/scared that I will lose my job and the ability to support my kids.
