pulled over for speeding, blew .10 in the field, .088 in the police station. Got my blood drawn at the local hospital just in case it would help but don't know where to go from here.This is my first offense with a clean driving record

Stopped for drinks in Fairlee VT after work (3pm to11:30pm) at the hospital in Lebanon. Got pulled over for no blinker at 1am. I blew 1.23 on side of the road then 1.59 an hour later at the station. The officer wrote down the higher number.I work 27 miles from home both in NH and there is no public transportation.I live in NH. Where should I get a lawyer and where do I need to take CRASH. In what State?

i was not stopped, I bought 3 alco-sensor 111.an I wud like to go to the biggest bars and do tests for them for two dollars to save people from getting a dwi this would be a great thing to do not only for the drinker but for the public an help the public as a whole. I want to keep roads safe for all and I do not think this is too much to ask to keep drunk drivers off the roads, I would like to hear your input on this.Thank you

While in Burlington Vermont, took my 21 year old girlfriend to celebrate. Stopped drinking myself at midnight. Hours later, on the way home, police had pulled someone over. With the blue lights I did not see speed limit was 25, I was driving 35 which is the speed limit everywhere else. (Don't know if I would have realized 25 mph was relevant anyway, since in NY school speed limit only applies when school is in session.)pulled over. Cooperated. BAC .09 Vermont offerred plea of suspended license & it would apply in NY too. I cannot have that as I live in Brockport and drive 45 minutes to work. Also, do not want dui on my record.

I had a brand new used car with my old liscence plate and they did not say i was driving the right car instead they said i was driving the car the plate was origanally for! was driving home from bar. i was pulled over in my driveway for rolling a stop sign, a wriiten warning was issued for the traffic offense.. i was arested for the dwi. i was wondering if there is any chance i could reduce my license suspension to get to work so i can pay off my fines. i dont have access to public transportation and like 15 minutes (driving) from my job.

I left from CT going to Bromley Mtn for the weekend. I hit the gaurd rail totaling my BMW. I panicked because I had a travel mug full of Yager Meister ( a type of alchohol)for the weekend. It was parked at a store and when I came out the police pulled in a arrested me for dui. The driver we had our D&D had left us at the store due to a argument so we called for a ride and had someone coming back to get my car. A lady reported that my car was swirving and called it in. She filled out a report and said she saw a MAN driving the car and he seemed impaired. I am a women so I do not understand why I was arrested for this charge. I will explain more when u contact me.
