I hit a tree and was rushed to the hospital by ambulance. My drinks were provided for by my manager at work, by alcohol that the owners of the company had purchased. My manager knew that I was drunk, but still allowed me to drive home after my shift had ended.

(Kaysville, Utah) Davis county

Got pulled over for improper lane change. I went to pick my husband up my husband from a bar. They said they smelt alcohol, of which they were standing on his side of the vehicle. Yes he did smell like alcohol. But 10 minutes prior to getting pulled over, we had been arguing because I was very upset that I had to go get him at 2:30 am. So I admit I wasn't fully focused on the road because we were arguing. They performed a test for me to walk the line and the the breathalyzer. As soon as they did that, he placed me under arrest and towed the vehicle. I have a perfect driving record, and have no history of any criminal or driving issues. I don't know what to do or where to begin.

I was pulled over and the police officer didnt tell me what he pulled me over for. I wasent speeding or driving bad. I performed the road side and was taken down to the station. Not to jail. I blew a .09 and was released to my friend. The ticket was stated dui and Impeding Traffic.

2nd dui. In drug court currently. Same judge for this charge as drug court. I see him for this on 09/20/2011 he knows the hard work i have done. Wrong side of road driving, open container. Already spent 5 days in jail. willing to do what it takes to stay out of jail/prison. I'm only person to care for elderly grandma and need to get her to dr.s appts and her shopping. I recently started babysitting so i am finially making money to get life going. Willing for alcohol ankle monitor,

In misdamenor drug court currently. Recieved 2nd dui 09/09/2011. driving down wrong side of the road. No accident or injuries. Open container, non responsive according to jail. Spent 5 days in jail. Court date for this and also drug court check in at the same time. Sober 2 1/2 yrs. I care for elderly grandma and need to get her to Dr. appts, shopping, medicine pick up. Just recently started babysitting for 1 more lady. So i am finally earning some money after being unemployed. I have done very well indrug court wth the same judge i will be meeting with on this new charge on 09/20/2011. He knows me and my hard work. I hope to keep driving priveliges with maybe IIS or ankle monitor. Gramdmother has no one else to care for her but myself and scared.

No alcohol was found but was stopped and arrested because my son was driving after taking ambient (sleeping pill) that he thought was not working and was going to the store for mediaction to help him sleep.

(DRAPER, Utah) Salt Lake county

He was driving and they pulled him over for making an improper left turn and they gave him a sobriety test and he did not pass it. He has had several concussions and a bad back problems so he has bad balance. He said he does smoke marajuana but he had not had any in over three days, he did give them a blood test. They impounded his car and he did not do anything he was completely sober. It just happened a couple hours ago.CallerID8017501829

I took a left turn out of a bar parking lot and doing so I crossed a short median. The cop pulled me over because of that and going a 5+ over the speed limit. He gave me the sobriety test in which I passed. Then he gave me an "unofficial" breathzlizer in which I blew a .1 . He then did a lot of paper work and had me do an official breathalizer right after in which I blew a .105. I am currently student teaching and nanny and have had a clean record until this.

This isn't drunk driving, but this is the closest related topic I could find. A friend had left an empty bottle of alcohol at my student housing, and alcohol isn't permitted. Can they kick me out for having alcohol, even if was empty?

I was pulled over for erratic driving. I had taken an Ambien (for a sleep disorder) as I was on my way home, about 5mins away. The pill worked a lot faster than I had anticipated and I failed the sobriety test and was arrested. I also took a blood test. What are my rights and where do I go from here?
