im a 44 yr old woman lost my license 19 yrs ago 3 dui 3000 dollars later still cant afford to pat all these fines havent had any tickets violationts etc since 2001 now have a 9 yr old daughter need ometyhing so i can le4gally drive her to school docs appts etc what can i do?

Summary:I was completely Sober. Would not give Breath TesCase description:I was a mile from home at two am late saturday night. Went to town to get my girlfriend cigarettes in her car. pulled over because of headlight out. Officer said i failed two field tests. Refused to give me a breath test and wanted blood test. I refused. I didn't give permission to search car but officers tore it apart stating they were taking inventory. Nothing was found.

Was pulled over for speeding and then was asked to step outside the car. Was given a mobility test and then deemed to have been under the influence of alcohol. I never did a breathe test or blood test.

I had been out for a drive, and had arrived back home and had gone to my bedroom and was lying in bed watching tv. My fiance was in the other end of the house and heard a knock at the door several minutes later. It was the police, who asked for me by name. The officer asked if everything was ok, and he told them yes, the officer then asked to speak to me, and he led them to where I was. The officer asked me what I was doing, and I replied "just laying here watching tv"...I went to sit up in my bed, and the officer grabbed me and began handcuffing me...he told my fiance that a lady had followed me to my home earlier saying I had pulled out of a parking lot and "almost hit her". He charged me with dui, wreckless endangerment, assault on an officer x2, and resisting arrest. No sobriety tests were performed, no breathalyzer done.

swerved and hit the curve and over corrected my car and i pulled over voluntarly. I was taking an anti seizure med only and they arrested me. No alcohol involved passed all sobriety tests, consented to blood test that showed only the meds i had listed in my system. My rights were not read and I was not allowed a phone call for 4 hours

Summary:D.U.ICase description:They had me in a concrete drunk tank and said I could make a phone call. When I keep beating on the door a man finally open the door. He was screaming at me to quit hitting his door. I ask if I could make a phone call or have my jacket (it was freezing), he said F___ no. I was looking in his eyes and told him they were very dialated and I thought he shuold be drug tested. I was standing there with my hands in my pockets, shiveribg really bad and all the sudden he raised up his hand and sprayed me all in my face with pepper spray. I went to the floor and I could not breath. I thought I was going to die!!!!!

I was returning from a class reuninon in Ripley ,Tn. It was late and was sleepy once I got driving and thought I would decide to continue to just get home. Once i loked up in my rear view mirror I saaw the police lights. I did have an empty beer bottle and broken seal of bottle wine. I did inform the officer that I was more sleepy than anything else. I took the filed test and thought everything was fine but as he proceeded I figured at this point I was gulity becasue of the continuance. I was full aware of my surroundings because their were discussions of my profession and an officer and talking about a particualr baseball player. A breath analyzer was never offered so wen the time for a blood test with a needle I was unclear as to why seeing that by then I thought I was gulity. I was still on the side of the road when asked and I am not fond of needles when drawing blood. This is my first offense and I and afraid of the consequenes for a number of ressons. Is there any hop e formy case. My court date is Friday nov. 4th at 9:00 am in Tipton County court. I will have to miss a day of work.

happened in sparta to the westGot pulled over for a headlight out and was arrested for a dui charge. I am on probation already and have three children who need me. I need to beat this dui charge so i do not break my probation.

I told him to park where he was and sleep it off and i would pick him up as soon as i could get out of work. He did what i told him and got arrested for dui. He was not driving but the keys were in the ignition but they stay in the ignition all the time, we dont take them out they are hard to get back in.
