(Columbia, South Carolina) Richland county

August 8, 2001/ field sobriety (passed), breathe analysis (.11), blood (.14), urine (.22). I was told during my court hearing that my license would be suspended for three years, from the day that they were taken. Now, I have been informed that my suspension is over in 2017. It seems as if every time they revise the driver's manual, my suspension date goes further up. If I'm not mistaken, they revised in 2006 or 2008 and 2011. I do not feel as if this shopuold apply to me because I was already incarcerated when they changed things foe people with felony DUIs, etc...

While driving home I over corrected going around a Sharp curve, no more than 25-30 mph. Hit a brick stanstion at the end of a drive way, totaling my car. Moderate property damage. Then called 911 (after waking up from blacking out) officers then arrested me under dwi charges and my license was revoked until first court appearance on 1/11/2011.

My 17 year old son who lives with his mother was charged with dui and blew a ,14. He missed the turn into his neighborhood and ran into a privacy fence and hit a parked car. He spent the night in jail and was released the next morning on a PR bond. His truck was damaged and his mother sold the truck today. He has court on 12/21/11.

My son wreck my car on Nov. 15th . He was asked to take the BAC and refused. He was then arrested but took the test at the precinct. He spent the night in jail and was released the next morning on OR after seeing the judge. His court date is scheduled for Jan. 24th. His fine is now 1600. He was also charged with simple possession. He is 19 years old with no priors. I am requesting legal guidance with his situation.

stopped and told to walk 9 steps, turn around and walk back.I did that just fine.I want told to stand on 1 foot. I am 61 years old. I have bad knees. I do well to stand on both feet. I had 2 beers the night in question. It is impossible for a .17. I was denied an Attorney.I sumitted to the breath test because I was told that I could not leave a room until I took the breath test. I was having chest pains and I had to go to the emergency room. They took me to the hostipal after I took the test.I plan to plead not guilty.
