I had a motorcycle accident and I was injured including head injuries.I was brought to hospital that performed multiple tests,including a bac test that showed alcohol.They determined they were not equipped to handle the severity of my head injury,so I was transported to another hospital.I did not know I had been arrested until I found a ticket and a summons in the plastic bag that contained my clothes,which both had written on them the words unable to sign.I allegedly said I had a couple of mixed drinks,but I can get at least two statements that I did not have any mixed drinks that night.

my wife was on way home from x-mass shopping , while not intoxicated ( my opinion) failed the blood test . she hit a pedestrian crossing the road at 10:30pm in a poorley lit area who suddenly appeared in her lane . Reports from traffic officer confirm two people seen walking down middle of road minutes before . person is now in stable condition. we submitted to test since did not feel she was in any way impared but the test says otherwise.
