I was driving in my vehicle going to my chiropractor appt. I was turning left into the parking lot and I felt a burning in my neck and my eyesight went black. I hit another vehicle. No one was injured.

8/24 I wrecked my car totaled it.....I called statetrooper and ambulance .... was in hosp. A week fractured backbone ........10/07 I get a dui ticket in mail to be in court on 10/19 ....I called courtclerks office they do not have any records of ticket .....10/12 called D.A. office, they was waiting on lab tests to get back, and told not to be in court on 10/19 or till them call me back......the day if wreck I had three beers, then ate , about 3 hours later wrecked, an unopened case of beer was in back for car, it was busted open and cans busted inside of car after wreck ...... what do I do now? ???

the test was a defeciant sample and i was not read implied concent. i have schoo and work i just need to keep my license. i was charged with an agg dui but there is no municipal ordinance against agg. so the judge changed it to just dui. but now dps says ive been charged with a agg

Convicted of dui Dec.1984, fined around $600 and left the state. I was in the Army and was in Lawton for school at Ft.Sill. I'm from Texas and have the Same driver's license since 1974. I moved to Mississippi this year and went to change my driver's license and was told that Oklahoma suspended my license for this dui. Oklahoma want $250 to reinstate my license. My concerns are why am I just now hearing about this 25 years after the fact and is this legal? I feel like I'am being shaken down by a government looking quick buck.

pulled over for not fully stopping at a stop sign. Asked to take a breathalizer. Said no. Ended up arrested. My rights were not read to me. This is my 3rd dui. Which on court records online (ODCR.com) it shows my last dui was changed to only a public intoxication charge. Which I don't know if that is correct but that is what it said.

Was pulled over for a bad plate light. Officer asked me to step out of vehicle and perform a road side test. I admitted to have had a few beers in the 2 hours before. He arrested and brought me to city station. I blew a .1 on my breath test and then proceeded to be held in a cell for the next 6 hours.
