Tracy was called by a friend Keith to pick him up at a bar because he had been drinking. After Tracy picked up his friend he was driving him home when an officer pulled him over for supposedly running a stop sign. Tracy willingly took the field sobriety test and passed. The officer was not satisfied with that and requested Tracy to take a breathalizer. Tracy refused because he already passed the field sobriety test. Due to the refusal, the officer arrested Tracy. After the arrest, the officer searched the vehicle and found marijuana in a coat pocket. Tracy currently obtains a florida drivers license but has been living in North Dakota since approximately May of 2011.

got pulled over by highway patrol on highway 1806. officer tried to get me to tell him my passenger was driving, when i didn't. he had me perform sobriety tests wish i passed. he gave me a breathilyzer. after blowing many times, he said i had a bac over..08, but did not tell me what it was and did not show it to me. he said if i didn't tell him my passenger was driving, he was also going to give me a ticket for "false information to a law enforcement officer" which he did. he arrested us (he did not read us our rights) and took us to the jail. i did not have to post a bond, i was released after an hour. I had a previous dui 3 years ago, and now have to participate in the 24/7 program,which entails blowing into a breathalizer twice a day, morning and night, while I await my court date.

Summary:I got a dui for ashing a cigarette out the windowCase description:I was in New Salem for the pheasant hunting opener weekend. I had a few drinks with some old friends then went to my parents house to go to bed around 12:00. I woke up to a phone call to come in to work. I left new salem emediatly followed by a police officer. When i was near mandan I was smoking a cigarette and i ashed it out my window. However the cigarette remained in the vehicle. I told him i had a few beers and i was on my way to work. The officer then gave me a breathalizer and i was issued a dui.

i got pulled over and recieved a filed sobrioty test and failed. then recieved a breathalizer and failed with a .21. then was brought to the local er and took a blood test and it came out as .17. i did not recieve a dui that night all i recieved was an open container. two weeks later i got stopped by the town cop and recieved a ticket for a dui after i paid my open container ticket a week prior. i guess my question is can they issue me a dui two weeks later after my fines for that particular night were paid?

Summary:Arrested for suspicion of dui/DWICase description:My father is the person in question and asked me to find a lawyer for him that operates in the Dickinson, ND area. He was arrested either today (9-14-11) in the early morning or last night (9-13-11) late at night. He was pulled over and refused a breathalyzer test. His primary employment is driving truck requiring a CDL and he was concerned that there was even a possibility of blowing more than the .04 maximum. His court date is coming up, and I need to get him into contact with an attorney SOON. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
