I WAS pulled over FOR NOT USING OR AS THE OFFICER STATED INCORRECT SIGNAL. i WAS THEN ASKED FOR PROOF OF INSURANCE,REGISTRATION,DRIVERS LICENCES. i TOLD THE OFFICER IT WASNT AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT. hE ASKED ME TO GET OUT OF THE VEHICLE,hE THEN PROFORMED AT A SOBRIETY test, I was told to turn around and he then proceeded to arrest me. The officer gave me an option of taking a breathalizer, I refused ! He then proceeded to put me in his vehicle and take me too jail.

I recieved a dwi in the state of OHIO on 08/25/2005. I have a valid Ohio license and just moved to hobbs new mexico 88240. I went to transfer my car title over to new mexico from ohio as well as get a new mexico driver license. When I was in the process I was told I could not get a NM driver license but could only get an interlock license. My dwi was in ohio over 6 years ago. I paided my fines in ohio as well as had my license suspended. How can NM force me to have to pay a $75 a month fee when I have a vaild Ohio license and already paid for my crime 6 years ago.

was put on drug court on 01/2011, got kicked off for two drinking violations 09/27/2011 but i wanted to know what would happen if the court messed up on my ss number by one number, and if my probation paper said that i finished probation now in 11/2011 instead of 01/2013???

My truck was taken out of my driveway and crashed. The sheriffs department responded to the incedent. They found that the truck was registerd to me. They came to my home stopped me in my driveway I was on my ATV. I spoke with the deputy for 3 to five minutes. There was no mention of the use of alcohol period. The deputy ask for my ID, I told him it was in my house. The deputy ask me to please go get it. I left the deputy a went into my house. While in my house I cosumed approximately 1/3 of a quart of scotch whiskey. I went back out to the deputy and he ask me to show him where my truck had been parked. We walked around the property as I showed him the locaition of where the truck had been taken. The deputy then noticed the odor of alcohol. We retuned to where the ATV was parked and another deputy pulled in and began to question me reguarding the truck. As I was answering his question he ask if I had anything to drink I said yes and he gave me a feild test and arrested me fo r dwi.Please note that I had a dui conviction over 20 years ago in california.

Last dwi I received was 10 years and 2 months ago. I am having cancer surgery on the 29th of Sept. and my court date is 30th of Sept.I have a copy all my test results and a letter from the doctor as to the urgency of this surgery and I will be incapacitated and require 2 weeks recuperation. I have an old van as a fixer upper. I was working on it at my apartment complex. It has electrical problems. I moved it closer to my newer van and I did bump the pumper of another car. These people must have been coming out to their car and this women started yelling at me and she was with her boyfriend. There was no damage so I thought so I went up to my apartment. I had a couple of stiff drinks and went to bed. I was in bed asleep when a cop flashed a flashlight in my face. I had also taken two pm pills to sleep. The bad news is I blew a 1.4 and it was high because I was home and not planning to go out. I have a bad knee and I can not walk wiith out limping. She was yelling at me you are drunk. At the time I was not. I never took the white van of the apartment property. I was running it for some time to try to charge the battery.My van was not impounded and never left the complex. I was doing my drinking at home and was also charged with leaving the seen of th e accident. Ther is no damage to my van and i just bumped the bumper. The way she was yelling at me I was afraid her boyfriend was going to hit me.
