I was charged with a dwi, I wasn't given a breathilizer test nor any field test, I did admitt to drinking alcohol , but never was asked how much. I also was not in my car. It was parked and keys were not on my persons. I plead not guilty to this charge along with others (this being the more serious). I'm looking for an attorney to represent me at my future court date on 2/2/2012

On Sept 6th, 2011, I got into an accident because I hydroplaned taking a turn into my development to fast with a bad tire. I under went the DRE and the cop said I was unable to drive due to the fact I was under the influence of a cns. I took the urine and it came up with my prescription medication. One of my medications is adderall and is considered a cns, I have been taking this medication for 4 years and never got into an accident now all the sudden this cop who met me for 45 mins says it had an effect on my driving and I might lose my license for 2 years. THis would be my 2nd offense, reason for being unable to drive was due to my mental state of mind just being released from the mental ward for hearing voices. Please help cause I can't afford to lose my license for medications I've been taking for years.

I was pulled over in northfield for speeding then given some field sobriety tests then arrested and taken to the station and given a breath test which came out to be a 0.09 so I was given a dwi ticket, careless driving ticket and a speeding ticket for 9-14mph over the limit.

I live in NJ, but was pulled over in PA. I was pulled over for speeding and the officer asked me to take a breathalyzer. It was .169. They did not test my blood. This is my first offense. No prior criminal offenses. They also breathalyzed a friend of mine that was with me to see if she could drive my car home. She passed the breathalyzer test and she was drinking all night, so that leads me to believe that the breathalyzer machine was incorrect and that my test was incorrect.

MY COUSIN AND I LEFT MY OTHER COUSIN'S HOME TO GO TO A BAR IN HIGHTSTOWN, NJ. AT MY COUSIN'S,I HAD A GLASS AND A HALF OF WINE AFTER EATING A SLICE OF PIZZA.BEFORE LEAVING I FILLED MY GLASS UP FROM THE HALF FINSISHED THAT, AND ABOUT A GOOD 5-7 MINUTES WE LEFT HER HOUSE. WE COULDNT FIND THE BAR SO WE TURNED AROUND. THIS WAS ON RT 130. THIS IS WHEN I GOT PULLED OVR IN CRANBURY FOR GOING 10 MPH OVR THE SPEED LIMIT. HE THEN ASKED A FEW QUESTIONS WHICH I FELT HE WAS KINDA BEING ALIL RUDE BUT I OBLIGED TO EVERYTHING HE ASKED OF ME. I NEVER HAD A dui/dwi BEFORE SO I DIDNT REALLY KNOW MY RIGHTS SO I TOOK THE BREATHALYZER TEST AND DID BEFORE THAT THE WALK THE LINE STUFF. I EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT IM NATURALLY ALIL UNBALANCED WHICH OF COURSE HE DIDNT WANT TO TAKE UNDER CONSIDERATION. I WAS ALSO TOLD BY MY COUSIN THAT THE OTHER OFFICER FELT LIKE HE WAS GOING ALIL TO FAR WITH THE WHOLE PROCESS HE WAS TAKING ME THRU. NOW IM NOT SURE IF THE OTHER OFFICER WOULD COMPLY NOW TO THAT STATEMENT BUT SHE DID TELL ME THAT.

Was arrested this morning at 530am. Failed field sobriety test and was taken in to do a breathalyzer and blew a .12. Got 3 tickets and has to go to court Thursday 98. Currently already has 2 unrelated tickets.

I went to dinner with a friend, split a bottle of wine over a couple of hours time and then walked to my friend's house from the restaurant where we had another drink. She asked me to stay over but I chose to go home since it was less than 10 miles. On my way home I was pulled over and given a field sobriety test which I failed so I was then arrested and brought to the station. My car was also impounded. I was read my rights and asked if I would submit to the breathalyzer test which I refused. I was asked a second time if I would take the test and I again refused. I wasn't sure if it was the right thing to do or not and didn't totally understand the information that was read to me.
