Last dui was in 2004 the two before was in 2002 the officer did not catch me driven but clams he saw me exiting my vehical my keys were not on me they were on the seat im being charged with a fourth dui.

I work 10+ hr days, for the last year and a half. Was sleeping in car, after working all night and 50+ hrs. somethings so tired can't make it home, 45 min. drive. Was in a turnout off the hwy. Hwy patrol pulled me out of car,and started asking me to put hands on back of car,and asking what I had been doing,why was I parked there. I was a little droggy, as was asleep,had cell phone alarm set. He assumed I was drunk, as I was trying to get my bearings after being woke. he Insisted that i was drunk and that I was to take field test, I told him just got of work between 4am and 5am. and that i could not see without my glasses that were in my car.He said I was refusing field test and that I was going to be arrested. He shoved me to ground where I remained until 2 other cars arrived. accused me of having drugs on me, it was a vitamin that I had forgotten to take at work and had in my pocket. I was taken to local Hospital where they took blood, and test said that I had a 0.086 level of BAC. I did not stop anywhere and was coming from work. what is my best chance of beating this if any?

I took 3/ea 0.5 mg Ativan I waited 15-20 minutes and I did not think it was going to affect me so I got in my car and the last thing I remember I was being arrested. I crashed my car and only by the grace of God I did not harm anyone. I really need some advice on how to proceed from here.

Coming home from a nearby bar I was pulled over after parking in front of my house. Per the officers statement I had "almost side sailed" his vehicle. I would like to add that he also reported my arrest as a 3rd offense dui when it was only my first
