Ive finally got myself a full time job, and ive been working there for the last almost 6 weeks now. So my friends were throwing a bon fire I deceided to go out and drink for a little bit and I felt fine and everyone even agreed I was acting/looking sober so I left for home around 3am. Was going over the speed limit so trooped pulled me over and I had a .149 BAC. I have no record of any kind what so ever. This is my first time ever getting in trouble. Im a good guy just made one mistake and got caught for it. Was wondering what will happen or whats the least that will happen to me?

I was pulled over on my university's campus. It was about 5:30 in the morning. I had stopped drinking at about 2am when the bar had closed. I was making a turn at a stop sign with absolutely no traffic around except for the campus security. I did not come to a full stop because of the absence of traffic. They claimed I was driving fast after the turn, but my car has a problem right now, and there is no way I would have even gotten over 25 in the couple dozen of meters from the stop sign to the place where they stopped me.The police gave me a sobriety test. I was shaking from the cold and told them that it was affecting my ability to stand still because I was shaking. After they deemed that I had failed the test, they gave me the breathalyzer and arrested me. After processing a ticket downtown, I was released.

I got dui on 5/28/11 I was not driving when arrested but was intoxicated however I had court scheduled for 7/11/111 I called to the courthouse 7/9/11 to verify court time & room however they said I was not found in system for anything. I had a warrent I went in on my own 8/17/11 I plead no contenst not knowing what I was doing trying to avoid going to jail. Now I have probation dui class and etc. I need to know since I was not driving could I or should I appeal & pay an attorney, or leave it as is even though I wasnt driving @ the time.

The officer performed field sobriety test and concluded I failed. administered field breathalizer after taking my gum out of my mouth. Took me to detox where I blew a .085. I would like to discuss chances of reduced or dismissed charges.

My son was arrested for 3rd offense dui in 2008. His license was suspended 2 years and given 2 years probation,seved30 days in jail, he also had to attend AA meetings and attend a class for this. He went to AA for 2 yrs. He enrolled in the class and attended 1 class then a couple days later they called and told him they overbooked the class so he would have to attend when the next classes start. He was suppose to be off probation in April 2011 but because of the classes being delayed they extended his probation. Well in May 2011 he was at his dad's and was very upset about what the mother of his children was doing to him and he had a couple of beers with his dad. His probation officer came there and caught him drinking. So he had to go to court for probation violation this week. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail and lost his license for 15 years. He was not driving when he drank at his dads and really was supposed to be off probation before then, is there anything that cab bedone about the 15 year license suspension?
