I rolled my Blazer around a slick corner and the ambulance came and took me to the hospital and they took my blood and two months later I get a letter of a dui charge. My third dui along with 3 disorderly conduct charges previously and an open container charge

I was in a town i did not know trying to find a hotel so I drove slowly through a hotel parking lot and continued down the street. The officer began to follow me and I pulled over to figure out where I was going. The officer pulled in behind me to "do a wellness check" and found that I had been drinking.

I was pulled over for speeding. I agreed to do the road side and performed well. After though the arresting officer still arrested me and i blew at the police station. I was charged with dui, Paraphernalia, Open Container, And Speeding. I have court at 830 am on Monday. Help and advice would be greatly appreciated.

I was driving my girlfriends car after she was supposed to be the dd. I felt fine being that i had 6 drinks in about 4 hrs. The cop saw the person in the back seat open a bottle of wine and pulled me over. He gave me a field sobriety and breath test. I passed the field sobriety and blew a field.087 at the scene and arrested me.

I was driving with a passenger. I went from asphalt to gravel and lost control of vehicle. I trunk hit another vehicle. All minor injuries as stated on citation. I was not arrested. I have court on 10/18. No other tickets before this. I've never been in trouble

I have pleaded guilty to a first dui and am fighting my second within a year. The second one I blew a 0.16 at the scene and refused at the jail. I passed the tests. I was taken to jail on the fact that my eye test? Was not acceptable. I have a plea agreement that is acceptable except it states that the DMV may require an interlock device. I cannot afford that. I am afraid to sign the agreement because I do not understand who decides, what the process is, etc. I have a public defender and he cannot answer this for me. I have been through treatment for alcoholism after this second dui charge. I do not want to plead guilty unless I know what will happen with the DMV. I have my licence back I paid the 200$ because it has been over 6 months. My lawyer is suggesting getting a specific dui lawyer instead of him because apparently he cant answer my question. I may be able to afford this but I need to know what my options are. Thanks!

Only 19 yoa no psssengers under 16. going to school in dillon but has idaho license. For underage penalties 0.02%and up does that include the 0.07. what are the statistics regarding getting this type of penalty reduced or dropped. No prior history of even a speeding ticket

It is about my son. he has had 6 duis as of feb 9th 2011. dating back to 1989. he was on probation for 6.5 years when he got this one. yes he made a big mistake, six years ago he completed the watch program and did very well. this time the judge brought back all suspended scentecs back and gave him 15 years in mt state prison. i don't understand why he got this when others in ravalli have had more and got watch again and probation. they gave aman 20 years 15 susspended for killing my granddaughter 4.5 years ago.iwas told by my sons attn. that it would have been different if he had Judge langton which has dui 's his self. my son did not deserve prison he deserves treatment like the rest. he has a 8 year old daughter thet needs him. can you expain what i can do about this.

Passed out in Driving seat and had hit a parked car. Policemen had to break out right back window of car to get in and see if I was ok. Cuffed me and took me to jail. Spent the night in jail and was released the next morning.

Charged with BAC .o8 or greater. "per sey" I have allready been charged and sentenced. I know its probably too late. Thing is when the officer charged me with persay he was saying it would be no jail time and minimum sentence. Livingston had a out of town judge the day of sentence. I plead guilty after being informed I could not plead no contest. I plead guilty thinking the punishment would fit the crime. I was sentenced to two days in jail and 720 dollars for first offense. I never waived my right formally for an attorney. However I was read my rights. Do I have any recourse?
