Hire a qualified Missouri DWI lawyer who understand Missouri DUI law

Driving While Intoxicated or DWI is referred on two separate statutes in the state of Missouri, i.e DWI (Driving While Intoxicated) and Per Se DWI (Driving with excessive BAC). Due to this reason, both of these are considered separate crimes, and charged accordingly to the MO DUI law. Anyone caught driving or being physically responsible of a vehicle while drunk can be charged for one or both of these offenses, depending on the situation. This is why, it is important for anyone who is facing Missouri DUI charges to get familiar with the local DWI laws and hire a qualified Missouri DUI lawyer to defend his case.

The penalties for a DWI case in Missouri depend on the occurrence of the event and the charges and fines also vary accordingly. In Missouri, the offender can be charged with two different cases at the same time, which include a civil case as well as a criminal case. The DUI offender also faces administrative punishments such as license suspension, fines etc. Consulting several Missouri DWI lawyers before choosing one for your case is a good idea, as it will allow you to hire an attorney who knows the local law well.
