on saturday december 3rd, i was involved in a mild accident that related in a dui inncodent. i was stopped at a green light to wait for cars to pass so i could make a left hand turn. started to make a left, then a SUV came out of know where and we colided.

I was trying to pay for fines and I missed my first court appearance. I have been at the mercy of others cause I can't drive. Many people owe me money and keep tying to make income to pay for fines. I want to put this behind me and move on so I can live a regular life. I have not drank in a very long time. What is the best course of action

I was pulled over around 2 a.m. early Wednesday night 12/01/2011 because I was using my bright lights & the officer said i failed to dim them onto oncoming traffic. I honestly forgot I was using my bright lights b/c my low beams are really dim. Went to the store to get a pack of smokes, did a quick stop at the stop sign at the end of my street, cop followed me all the way to the store and pulled me over. Failed breathe test. This is my second.

I was 19 years old and got pulled over and i had drank a couple beers and they gave me a dui. I have not had a licence in over five years and its made my life verry hard beings that i have no family to help me out my closest family is 1300 miles away. but the catch is i got another dui two years prior to that.

pulled over for no reason, was told i swerved and drove in the center lane for a whole mile. (neither are true) and saw the bac field test read .093, later when released they put .13 on the ticket. Arrested at 2am with a supposed bac of .13, then blew a .03 at 4am, to prove sobriety. does this make any sense?

Alcohol was not involved. I was pulled over for speedig and the sherrif said he could smell marijuana. He did find marijuana in my car. He didi several field sobriety tests and arrested me and charged me with possesion and OWI.

i was pulled over and charged with dui and open container Sun. 1:00 am 09/18/2011. I have court 09/19/2011 9:00 am I am a mother of one, 7 yr old daughter, i am disabled. I just came to MI for family. I am from NY. I can't lose my license, my daughter only has me to depend upon for getting to school and appointments. I don't know what to do, I have a completely clean license, no priors. i NEED TO KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT GOING INTO COURT IN THE MORNING. Please Help me!

My son was pulled over and blew a .09 on 8/19/11.His birth date is 4/24/91. We went in for arrangment on 8/29 and was given the date of 9/19 for pre-trial. My son asked for a public defender and was okayed for that.
