I was convicted of a dui in 2000, I did not do well during the field sobriety portion, but subsequent breathalyzer and blood test confirms this. I just want this fixed so I can have my license resorted in mass.

I had gotten a dui in RI and I live in MA. I also got charged with refusal of breathalizer which has gotten dropped but will not get taken off my record until I officially get my license back in RI. My lisence has been susupended for 3 months months and it's time to get my license back as soon as i finish driving school. But MA is trying to say my lisence is going to be suspended for an additional year. I didn't think the RMV could do that since I didn't even get a dui in MA. I need advise on what to do please.

Was arrested in 2001 for OUI . Found guilty at trial in 2003 license suspended for eight years. Went to local RMV to apply for reinstatement, and was told I needed to go to walk-in hearing in Chinatown (Boston). RMV in Boston said they had added another 8 year suspension for a previous offense in 1999 in CT (which was already resolved) I requested a hearing @ Board of appeals and went to Marlboro hearing where they stayed the RMV's decision. The RMV says I can apply for a Hardship license in 2013! I've just waited 10 years with my life pretty much ruined...I'm 60 years old now and verifiably clean and sober. Shouldn't the additional suspension begin from date of conviction in 1999 and not when MA RMV gets notification of that offense? Is it worth going to Superior Court to appeal the Board's decision? Or is that a lost cause. Any info you can offer is appreciated. I only have two weeks left to appeal @ Superior Court. Is it possible to sign an affidavit for MA that I will no t drivein the state of MA and move to another state?Thank you

i have a third offense did 150 days for it lost my license 8-10 years but now congress is trying to pass a three -tiered law if this law is passed the rmv and the judges will pull my license for life i never hurt nobody is it possible they will pas this new law the melony law is very hard on me as it is any suggestions

Case is about my ex-husband. He was sentenced to 2.5 years with 6 months to serve/the balance suspended for 3rd dui conviction. He was told it is a felony because the sentence is 2.5 years. It is my understanding that it would be a felony no matter how long the sentence because it's a 3rd conviction. Who is correct?

I was arrested in a parking lot a few miles from my home. I failed a few different field sobriety tests and a breath test administered at the police station. I am not being charged with any moving violations (speeding, marked lanes etc.) since I wasn't observed by the police driving erratically. I'm being charged in Haverhill District Court with OUI.

I was arrested in Florida on a dui case and no license i went to 2 court dates with a lawyer I hired, both dates were continued and I had to move back to ma due to money issues mind you this took place in 2002 the lawyer told me to move home and he would take Care of it so I did, then about 2 years ago I get a letter in the mail stating my license is suspended cause of a warrant in florida. I need to fix this from ma is there anyway please let me know? Thanks

pulled over for marked lanes. Given sobriety test. Officer said I was wobbly on my feet. I refused the breathelizer and got arrested. License taken, next court date Oct 4th in Woburn. Can't wait that long , need license back.
