I was stopped for going 64 in a 55, blew a .1 on the scene. Was arrested after field sobriety tests...blew a .9 at the station. I had a previous dwi in Ca 32 years ago. My driving and arrest records are very clean otherwise.

On my way home from a friends house I was pulled over for speeding. The officer then asked me how much I had to drink and I told him. I was then given a breathe test and failed and was placed under arrest. I am 29 years old and never been arrested for any crime.

on 6/26/2011 i was drinking with family and friends due to uncles death got in arguement with fam friend got in car and then drove home i fell asleep at wheel seconds before driveway and drove passed and crashed into tree never woke up was flown to prince georges hospital and refused breathe test so the hospital took blood and 3 weeks later cops came to my door and gave me court dates and tickets

Hit a curb and drove around the parking lot to check to see if my car was ok. I was outside the vehicle when the State Troopers arrived. I was hancuffed without being offered a breathalizer test. I was charged with dui and forced to sign the arrest papers forcing me to confess. If I did not sign I was told that I couldnt make a phone call and was told not to call my Husband before signing. Also if I did not sign I was going to Jail for the Night.

1991, EDGEWOOD I WAS STATIONED IN EDGEWOOD ARSENAL. WAS ARRESTED FOR dui/dwi AND RETURNED TO MILITARY AUTHORITIES. SERVED 30 IN GEARY COUNTY, KANSAS UNDER US MARSHALL SERVICE WHEN TRANSFERED BACK TO FT RILEY FOR OFFENSE. NOW HAVE A HOLD ON MY LICENSE IN MARYLAND.

23 year old no prior offenses of any kind. Went on date with boyfriend. boyfriend was driving but got out of the car and abandonded her beside the road at around 1pm. Accused had 2 drinks earlier at bar with boyfriend but was not driving. the boyfriend left the car before which is why the accused had to drive herself home which was about 3 miles from her apartment. immediately pulled over by police due to going wrong way down a one way road. arrested and released on her own without bail. currnetly waiting on court date.

I was home and had consumed alchohol that evening at approx. 2:00AM I received several phone call from two friends who were at a local bar who said that they were to intoxicated and sick to drive. The friend told me that they had attempted to get a cab but were told it would be an hour before one would arrive and after being approached by several male strangers they were afraid. I left my home,drove to the bar parking lot and picked up the friends. While driving back my home one friend got sick and vomitted in my car,I hesitated and prepared to stop,I decided to proceed home and at that time I was stopped by a maryland State Trooper,the Trooper stated that she smelled alcohol in which I and the passenger explained that she had vomitted in the car. The Tooper gave me a field test and even after stating that I did well,detained me and took me to the barracks,i consented and took a breathalyzer which registered point eleven.
