I was living with friends and had a time limit to how long I could stay with them and had no choice but to move back to Louisiana. Before I left GA I tried to get my probation transferred to Louisiana but they told me that they couldn't transfer it. I failed to report for lack of transportation six months prior to leaving. I have been trying to call my PO ever since I have left with no success. I would like to get this taken care of as soon as I can. I have children that live with their grandfather and they want to come back to me but I want to get this taken care of so it wont interfere with me getting them back. Can you help me please.

breath test under 0.15. dui 1 on May 31, 2008. Court date set for February 9th but plan on attending rehab for 60 days immediately after Christmas or sooner if possible. Hoping for reckless driving misdemeanor instead and wondering how to make this possible by being proactive with treatment, etc.

The arrest happened Sunday night (12/4) as I was leaving the Saints game. The officer's reason for pulling me over was an improper lane usage and he claimed I was "swerving" on the Causeway.He stopped me a few blocks off the bridge and said he detected the presence of alcohol. I admittedly told him that I had been drinking and they later found an open container in my car, though I have me doubts that I was over the legal limit.He performed three field sobriety tests - the line test, pen test, and had me stand on one leg and count. I think I performed the tests fairly well though we'll have to review the tapes. The fact that I had been drinking and my anxiety really shook me up and I couldn't think of much more than the gravity of the situation. I'm a good kid with a near spotless record and am not accustom to being in these situations.The officer arrested me for suspicion of dwi and took me back to the station. I was offered the chance to take a breathalyzer and refused. I told him I didn't want to leave my fate up to a machine as I knew the results would be close.

I was pulled over for swerving. I proceeded to do the field sobriety tests. I was placed under arrest even though I passed all of the tests. The cop read my rights and I asked for a lawyer. He then proceeded to ask me questions and he proceeded to give me a breathalyzer. Once I asked for counsel shouldn't he have stopped any more investigation?

I ran a red light and was stopped. I had been drinking. I submitted to the tests at the scene. The was subsequently taken to jail. I was then given a breathalyzer and blew a .134. I have never had any other kind of traffic violations. I was hoping to use the 894 article so I can take a class and get it off my record. I cannot afford an attorney right now so I dont knwo what to do or what my rights are. I have children and a job and need to work and take them to school. My license was taken at the jail and suspended for 90 days. I dont know what I can do legally. I do not want to be caught driving if I am not supposed to be.

I just started a job Aug 29th @ AT&T. I need this job. I went to court Sept 13th. I plead not guilty and now I have to go back Oct. 11th. After speaking to a public defender. Im trying to see what options do I have if any.
