pulled over for failure to signal while pulling from curb. Stumbled once while taking field test, everything else ok. Have plantar fasciitis in my right foot, makes it tougher to walk. Refused the breath test, feel they are inaccurate.

I was recently leaving a house party when pulled over by the city police. They had me do a few roadside tests and arrested me for dui. I then took the breath test at the jail and blew .155 which was the highest of the two that registered. This is my second offense dui, the first was an Excessive dui in which I blew a .225 I am in need of some legal assistance.

i blew a .143 and a .145 but had drank way earlier in the day and had taking a nap and drank coffeebefore going out when i did the breath test i was wearing false teeth uppers and lowers does that affect the breath test

I called 911 from my car phone because my wife was severely intoxicated and unresponsive in the backseat. When the paramedics arrived in the parking lot of Veterans Memorial Park I was given a field-sobriety test and arrested for a dui. While my wife was driven to Saint Alphonsus Medical Center.

i was leaving the bar called Cowgirls in Kuna Idaho and was with a friend and did not want to wait for the next cab. so i elected to drive us home. stopped by random check. went through usual physical tests and passed all 4 tests. then had to blow and registered between .13-.16. at that point i was arrested. and taken to jail. I was very respectful and cooperative with the officers. they did not take my license. posted bale. now waiting to see court clerk on the 6th of Oct.

I was pulled over for speeding down a newly posted 20 MPH dirt road for going 25 to 30 MPH. I pulled over for the officer and was compliant in taking the field sobriety tests which I believe I passed. I had to follow the pen with my eyes, walk a straight line, and pick up my foot and count to a number of the officers choosing. After the field tests, I was taken back to the car and listened to my rights. He then administered the breathalyzer test and the first test did not read. We waited and I was then administered two more blows. I blew a .129 and .134 on the tests. I was put into hand cuffs and transported to the Franklin County Courthouse.
