I was charged with dui about 20 yrs ago and had to go to school, I went to school foe a litte time and now they say that I have to go to class to get my papers back. I would like to know since it been so long how come I can't get my papers to drive. this was my first time

I am a Pennsylvania resident stopped in DE on 08.21.11 from returning home from a party for speeding 68 in a 50. I was arrested for dui. While I am not sure what the BAC was, I do know it will be high. I have never had an alcohol related offense or any type of previous arrest. I cannot afford to loose my driving privileges not spend time in jail. I need help.

(Dover, Delaware) Kent county

After having a few beers, I was sucker-punched in the face at a bar. After allowing sufficient time to cool down I went back to my truck to drive back to the motel where I am staying. While holding a bag of ice on my face, drifted out of my lane and was pulled over.I am a resident of South Carolina here in Dover, DE for work.

Please do not contact me by email.There were a bunch of cop cars by the Merchant's Square shopping center (a mostly empty place). I was driving my daughter home. I didn't think I had alcohol in my system but I had been drinking that day after finishing Friday taking care of a very belligerent and stressful friend. I had spent many hours with my daughter afterwards and didn't think I had alcohol in my system or I wouldn't have gotten into the car. Especially not to drive my daughter home.To be honest I am kind of glad to find out that I was wrong in my assessment of myself. I have drank most of my life (now 48) and never had a dui because I pride myself on not getting into the car after drinking. I feel bad that I have done this, especially with my daughter in the car. I thought enough time had passed but I am not processing the alcohol like I used to and may have built up a tolerance. I was not pulled over for my driving, it was a traffic block they had set up.

I passed out at a red light and was taken to the hospital by an ambulance I only saw the cop at the hospital where I gave him a blood test and was charged with dui. I already have a dui in Delaware and two in Maryland Iam currently on probation in Delaware for a Marland dui. I am facing a second offence in Delaware an violation of probation in Maryland. I am probably going to face a 4th dui in Maryland if convicted in Delaware, right? What will happen to me?

I fell asleep driving home late one night after partying. I crashed into a baricade, totaling the front end of my car, but I did not injure anyone. I was subsequently arrested and taken to the hospital, where they took my blood (the police gave a breathilizer at the scene of the accident.) I was booked and arrested for dui. The police never told me the results of my breathilizer so I do not know how severely impaired I was. I was released to my parents with no bail or bond. I am a 28 year old female with no criminal record. Thank you for your help.

i ran off the road because i was trying to text while driving as i was getting unstuck i ran out of gas my phone got cut off so couldn't call for help so i hid my keys and sat on the passenger side drank my achohol beverages and went to sleep cop came ask if i had been drinking said yes and he gave me feild test and breathalizer

i got a dui in july 2010 and have not since had a license, in nov 2010 i was caught driving i went to court and the judge said next time it will be jail time. a couple of weeks ago i got pulled over and panicked at the thought of going to jail fled and caused an accident what are my chances of every legally driving again.

I was downstate working a fundraiser. Unfamiliar with the area, I missed my turn. Got turned around at the intersection of Vines Creek Rd and Omar Rd,3East of Dagsboro, Sussex County. Grid 174076. There is a green light there and a short distance away an immediate stop sign. I got pulled over for failure to stop at a stop sign. I didnt se the stop sign. I was focused on being lost.
