my 1st offense WAS IN PENNSILVANIA AND I NEVER TOOK A breath test. THIS WAS IN 2003. MY SECOND OFFENSE WAS IN NEW BRITAIN CT. APRIL 2011 I TOOK A breath test, AND THE ALCOHOL LEVEL WAS 0.22 IF IM NOT MISTAKEN.

Another vehicle was speeding through an intersection and hit me while I was turning. I Wasn't Drunk nor did the officers assume I was intoxicated but I was returning home from a BBQ wth two cases of beer that wasn't drank. About 10min after the accident when the whole area smelled like beer they asked if I had been drinking. I said not within the past few hrs and I was given a breathelizer and blew over unfortunately. Involved in singled person (me) Vespa accident. Greenwich police department subpeoned my blood six weeks after accident, without any notification to me, and found my alcohol level to be 1.13 at the time my blood was drawn after the accident. Driving without motorcycle license and up-to-date registration throw out, ordered to take 10 AEP classes. Attorney who represented me is currently in jail. Would like to fight this or take 10 classes if my record then returns to zero, essentially this whole episode would be legally sealed.

I was charged w/ 14-236/14-227a/21A-267/21a-279(c) and 21a-279(a) I have to appear in court on Tuesday. I was not asked to take breathalizer, but I was asked to submit a urine sample and did so. About an hr or so later the officer asked me to submit another urine test because I believed he did the first one incorrectly on machine. I have a slip saying "test aborted" I could not pee again and asked him if I needed 2 cups why didn't he just have me do it at the same time. I guess I just need some advice. I'm a single mom and am freaking out a little now.

Passed breathalizer with a .0121. Took a urine test (no results yet). Arrested at 1:30 am on a Sunday morning in Simsbury, CT. Also admitted to coming home from the bar.

I did classes for the first one. the time from when I was confronted by the police to the time of my bac test was 1h 56min. i missed the 2h cutoff window by 4 mins. is this disputable there the bac would be inadmissable?i am looking to obtain a work permit to drive to work and back only. is this possible in my situation? any info would be appreciated. thank you.

i got pulled over in 08 in ct and i had ri license and i am currently a ct res but ri wants me to do things for them when i dident get charged in there state and i meet all of ct requirments and ri wont lift it i went to treatment and paid my ct fines this was 2nd offence in ct my three yrs is up in apr 2011 and i dont see why i have to do all the stuff for ri when my isue was in ct and i live in ct . ri told me that they dident have the interlock system when ct was going to let me have one i got denied because ri said they dont do the interlock my three years are up and im paying people to drive me to work im going poor fast is there any thing you can do thank you channing feuti
