Passed out while driving after the bar. Dont remember driving, or crash. Woke up in hospital then to jail. Blood was taken, I have the accident report, medical records and discovery file now. I still have a valid DL. Charged with dui, Carless Driving and Driving without proof of insurance. The car was totaled in the accident. In accident the car struck into a power box and front wall of patio of an apartment building.

I had gone out, and had a ride home after. On the way home my roommates (a couple) began to argue, once home I went to bed and let them have time. This was a very rough time in my life, and I was sleeping in their living room due to not having a bed. So I went to bed but it was hard to get away form he yelling, then I got brought into the conversation. My best friend preceded to say that I was ruining her relationship and I didn't even notice, plus some other not so nice comments. So being under the influence, and in the middle of something, I got upset and decide I didn't want to be around and maybe I was just ruining everything. I took off in my car, very angry, and wanting things to just end. I was not thinking, and ended up wreaking my car, no one else was involved, but there was property damage.

Summary:dui with pot possession and parafeniliaCase description:I was involved in domestic violence assault with a rifle from my spouse so I left my resident with kids and my spouse called me in for dui so when the cops found me gettin gas and asked me if i was inpaired i said no (if I was apparently impaired I would of been arrested then) and told them what had happened with spouse I then went to the hospital to get checked for incident and they gave me xanax and then i went to the restaraunt to make statement against spouse i told police officer and family advocate that I was feeling that xanax and was not up for writing statement so the family advocate followed me home and i over corrected got in single car crash with my kids in car no injuries occured beside my air bag chemical burn on breast. I recieved sobriety test and failed. took the toxicology test. got arrested on dui, pot paraf, pot possess, child abuse. I feel that the authorities knew what I went through that night and if they were really concerned of me being impaired I would of got charged at the beginning of it all and they would of ever let me drive after being at the hospital and receiving the medication.

i was pulled over because i didn't put my signal at the right moment. Cop Smelt The Presence of Alcohol when it really was a cheap cologn the passanger was wearing, He asked me if i was drinkin i said i wasn't. He told me to give him my keys, and so i did. He then told me to step out of my vehiecle, and that never happend to me before so i got nervous. So my speach was not so great. He perfromed test on me to see if i was under the influence of alcohol. Then he suspected that i was drivin under the influence of pot. When i really wasnt, i have smoked but the day befor and he said i was under the influence at the moment. so he cuffed me and put me on the car of the state patrol. He Told me if i wanted to do a blood test, and i was like sure. Then he told me that i have a right to refuse it. So i did, Because i knew i was gonna come out dirty because i've smoked it but not that day. He asked if i can call any body to come pick me up, and i said yes. I asked him if i can get my phonefrom my truck which was on the drivers seat. He said ill go get it for u, i was like ok. When he opened my truck it was for him to just get my phone and come back. He didn't. He actually got on my truck and while i was sitting on the cop car i could see his flash light lookin through my truck, like if he was lookin for somthing.
