(Cameron Park, California) El Dorado county

On december 8th 2011 i was pulled over on Moniter pass for going over the yellow line. The officer came up and said it smelled like marijuana i said yes i just came from the medical store and gave him what i had with my doctors medical marijuana recommendation. I was then pulled out of the car for unusual questions and examination to determine if i had smoked. I passed the test to my knowledge and the only thing the officer had on me was my eyes were a little glossy and it smelled like weed.

(Huntington Beach, California) Orange county

I was in a very minor fender bender. No damage to the car I bumped into. She immediatly claimed neck injury so I called the police. they went and spoke with her and her husband first(who happens to be a police officer and was not present at the time of the accident) . Then one of the 2 officers asked if they could perfome a field sobriety test (the follow my pen) type. I passed. This all happened while taking my kids to school in the morning before I leave for work. The second officer then cam to me and said that he knows his partner already passed me on the test, but he would also like to perform a test. I agreed, so he continued with the follow my finger test, he said I passed. Then asks me for a breathalizer. I again passed with a BAC of 0.024. At which point he states that if he could take me in for having that level and charge me with child abuse if he felt the need. I feel like I was harrased by the police using there authority to intimidate me. I did all t heright things and they made me feel horrible to the point of crying for 2 days over this. Is there anything I can do other than just file a report on their actions through the police department. By the way, my insurance agency after one week still has not received any correspondance from the lady I bumped nor her insurance agency. I'm just still really feeling like I was treated horrible in front of my childs school and in front of my child. The accident was just Dec. 6th.

DUII was arrested for dui on July 30, 2011 in Riverside, CA.  I blew a .19 and .18 BAC after failing a field sobriety test.  Since I had no prior record, I was released within hours and had my license confiscated.  Because it was my last weekend in CA before moving to Olympia, WA, I was not able to afford travel to attend my court date.  My license has since been "suspended."  A public defender recently (12/14/2011) drafted the following offer for CA first offense dui: 3 years informal probation; 10 days "hard labor" (2 days credited for the time I spent in jail, 8 remaining); $1664 fine plus fees; 4 months "Alcohol Education Program."  Because I live in WA, all of this was transferred and included the phrase "or WA state equivalent." What do these terms mean, what are the WA state equivalents, and what are my options?

My dui was 1990 can not remember exact month. Around November. 2 months before I turned 21. I know its off my DMV record (Well I guess I think). Main question - I live in Las Vegas,NV (Since January of 1994) I need to know what,how,etc. to do so future employers (Trying to get taxi cab driver job)can not access that info. It was misdemeanor dui and have never recieved any other similar arrests. Would love to talk to someone. I know I have other misdemeanor convictions before that date, maybee after. 2 misdemeanor convictions in Las Vegas on my court record. Only two trafic violations since dui was 1- Calif, I-5 freeway between Gorman,CA and Bakersfield,CA No registartion 1993 (moved to Vegas never went to court. Fell off I know because i called DMV and there is no record) and 2- Stoped in 1994 in Las Vegas for same thing but was sited for No reg,No Insurance, Driving on suspended License (paid all). Again lol complicated to me, how do I find out everything on my records, especially cali because of diffrent countys and have know idea of dates or courts. Next how do I seal all or something ? Please help.

I was under the influence of pain medication and meth I don't remember a lot o was in and out of my state of mind hallucinating I made my boyfriend drive because I felt sick and knew I shouldn't drive about an hour after we parked the car o returned to the car and found my boyfriend overdoced unaware that he had even been inpared noone would help me or call am ambulance I got my car and headed to a hospital the next thing I knew I came to and was head on into a truck everyone lived but my boyfriend and the man I hit sued me and I went to jail no I just received another law suit two years later they are trying to take everything I have and I m Pregnant I need help

i was very tired from working long hours i was driving an a cop had someone pulled over .he came after me he left them i had a light out on licence plate. i got out of the car he said had i been drinking i told him 2 beers with dinner a while age . he took 3 breaath test before he arrested me for d u i it was 08.7 ..can u help me an how much is it?

they pulled me over and did a soriety test and i failed it! i did not have any alcahol or any other subtance and they took a a blood test and im still waiting for the results. i just got a job offer in a school district and im getting fingerprinted and i might not even get the job!

i was driving down the street an a police officier had someone pulled over he left them an pulled me over for a licience plate light out. i didnt eat all day an had gone out to dinner an had2 beers we waitted around a whille then was going home to go to bed i was very tired. he asked me if i had been drinking i didn t lie i told him i had 2 beers. he arresteed me an charged me with a D U I . he gave me 3 breath test the first 2 i dont think showed any thing i was 8.7 can u help me with what to do an how much?

First offense driving from resturant to home after a bad month and discussion with friend over wine. pulled over as i left resturant, the officer stated i was speeding (45/35) and asked for license/reg and then asked me about perscription meds and alchol intake. Put me in back of car and drove me to the vacaville police dept where i took a beath test and left home with soon to be ex husband.
