pulled over with a .07 due to an improper left turn and being inbetween lanes. On my ticket, it also states that I was driving on the influence of drug because I had told the officer that I tookk my xanax medication at 6pm when I got pulled over at 2am.

Hit a curb. Flattened 2 tires. Called an waited for a ride outside vehicle. Officer drove by and asked if me or my friend was driving. I said I was. Let my friend leave and he took me to sub station for test then let me go.

After a night of drinking I proceeded to drive to my friends, doing the legal speed limit. At which time, I was pulled over prior to reaching my destination for apparently making an unsafe lane change.

My PBT was .151 The officer did give me a field test. Did not tell me if I had passed or not. then immediately gave me a breathalizer test. All this took place within about 10 minutes of eachother. He did place me under arrest.

Client was picked up Monday and is in jail. He has 2 aggravated dui's. 2 dui's about 14-15 years ago. The court is saying he has a dui in 2007 and he says he hasn't gotten one since he was in prison. The client's son Johansen called this in for him.

September 2009 she got a dui she spent 10 days in jail and it was dropped and on the last day that they could they brought it up and she contacted them and told them she moved out of state and that she would not be able to attend and wrote them telling them that she would not be able to attend and she would have to have it moved. She has records of her e-mails with the prosecutors office. She was recently pulled over and was told her license was suspended and she has a warrant out for her arrest for not showing up to court. She now has 30 days to get her license back so she will not be charged with driving with a suspended license as well.

About 15yrs ago in Calif was arrested for dui, but liences was not suspende then. About 8 yrs ago, was arrested for dui in AZ, was driving with Cailf D.L. which was suspended at that time. All fines are paid in full. I don't own a moter vehicle at this time, I am trying to get my liences now so that I can buy a car and drive. Had class 3 & 4 liences. Was told I have to get SR22, but don't have vehicle at this time to insure. I am just trying to get my liences in AZ. How do I do this?
